As the landscape changes from grey to green, and the mud back to dust, we might want to improve our attitude as well so that we don't get that "Wonder what kind of mood the old grump is in today" look out of the corner of our horse's eye at feeding time. If you have been exposed to too-short hours of daylight, endless negative winter weather comments, and maybe haven't ridden since fall, take a look at "How to be Optimistic"
